TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of services detailed in our quotation (services) by One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 9186065, to the person buying the services (you or customer or client).
2. Acceptance of Terms
You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions when you accept our quotation or from the date of any performance of the service (whichever happens earlier). These Terms and Conditions and our quotation (the contract) constitute the entire agreement between us.
3. Quotation and Payment
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of the first quotation sent.
- A deposit may be required before any work commences (standard deposit is 50%).
- The balance is due upon completion of work and presentation of the invoice.
- Final payment is due within 30 days of the invoice.
- Payment methods include card payments, stripe, Paypal, or direct transfer (3% surcharge for credit cards).
4. Deposit and Refunds
No refund will be given on deposits for goods that have already been purchased or produced. Orders that are delayed or incomplete through no fault of One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd will be invoiced to include all completed work within 14 days of the original installation or delivery date.
5. Ownership and Removal
All signage remains the sole property of One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd until full payment has been received. Unpaid existing signage may be removed after 90 days with no resolution regarding payment, granting full access and right of entry to recover such signage.
6. Intellectual Property
We reserve all copyright and any other intellectual property rights in goods supplied in connection with the provision of the services. We may take appropriate action to prevent the infringement of these rights.
7. Legal Compliance
All legal regulations, permits, approvals, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd cannot be held responsible for any violations related to the sign type or installation. Non-compliance may result in termination of services.
8. Additional Work
Estimates are based on visual inspections and customer requirements. Additional work will be charged separately and requires customer approval and cost agreement before proceeding.
9. Warranty and Changes
We warrant that we will use reasonable care and skill in our performance of the services, complying with the quotation and any specifications. We may make changes necessary to comply with applicable laws or safety requirements, notifying you accordingly.
10. Design Ownership
All designs by One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd remain the intellectual property of One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd and may not be used by anyone other than those specified without prior permission.
11. Artwork Approval
Before any work commences, an approved proof, quote, PO, and deposit (where necessary) are required. Customers are responsible for checking and approving artwork. One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd is not liable for errors once artwork has been signed off by the customer.
12. Force Majeure
One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd. shall not be deemed in breach of this Agreement for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to Force Majeure.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "Force Majeure" includes, but is not limited to, acts, events, omissions, or accidents beyond the reasonable control of One Four Design Signs & Graphics Ltd., such as strikes, acts of God, war, compliance with governmental orders, accidents, and more.
